Industry is racing to shift operations to Perth’s largest new industrial precinct – the Muchea Industrial Park – after snapping up 10 hectares, or 85% of available land, at this brand-new freight gateway to the State’s North.
Following our last update, we are pleased to be able to provide a further on our progress. 31 is now up to ground level with all service tanks in the basement complete.
The Muchea Road Train Assembly Area is now operational, providing direct grade separated access for road trains and high wide load vehicles. The area also has provision for future triple (53m) heavy vehicle access. Muchea Industrial Park offers an efficient transport and services interchange for regional distribution, logistics, processing and manufacturing, with around 50% of Perth’s on road freight passing Muchea.
